Summerlin Centre Retail Center Continues Construction Near Red Rock
Summerlin Centre retail center continues construction near Red Rock. The 1.6 million square foot retail complex is located in the western portion of the Las Vegas Valley. Other developments include office and commercial developments and major amenities in the master plan.
This 107 acre retail center is located south of Red Rock Casino Las Vegas. Vertical construction is expected during the second quarter of 2008.
Phase One completion of the Summerlin Centre retail center, by General Growth Properties, is anticipated in the last quarter of 2009.
The retail shopping complex will house Crate & Barrel home furnishings store, numerous stores, Nordstrom and several other department stores. This will be an outdoor pedestrian center.
